How to register?

• Click on the Sign Up button from the Home page.

• Fill your basic details > submit to proceed to step 3 of registration process > fill and submit page 3 of the registration form to complete the initial registration process.

• You can now login to your account with the new unique matrimony Id generated or Email id along with the password you submitted in step 3.

• In-case you Forget your password you may retrieve it by using the 'Forgot Password' link from the Login Form.

• Once you login, you should be able to modify/update your profile including your Photographs, horoscope etc.,

How to become a paid member?

• Remember your profile will not be shown to the public and you cannot contact other members unless you become a paid member.

• To start using the matrimony services you have to become a paid member by paying the appropriate fee for the package you choose from the dashboard (available only after you login after basic registration).

• Payment modes available at this time is through DD or Cash.and though  Online payment.

How to contact a member?

• Once you become a paid member you may logon to the website with your matrimony ID and password to start searching for the bride or bridegroom of you choice.

• Once interested use the ' Express interest' button on the member's profile page to express your interest.

• The member to whom you have expressed interest should accept your interest which will enable sharing of each one's contact details and facilitates further communication between the two.

• Remember you cannot contact members of the same gender even after becoming a paid member

I didn't receive any confirmation email. what do I do?

The moment a user registers on Subhamastu, an auto email is generated by default and sent to the user. In case if did not find the email in your inbox, please search it in spam/junk box or other folders such as Promotions or Social (GMAIL). And move the mail to inbox so that the next time you receive the email in inbox.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

You will find the option "Forgot Password" at login, please click on it, you will be asked for your email and when you enter your email, an email will be sent to you with recovery password.
